What we’re about
We are a group of GNU/Linux novices, experts and enthusiasts from Indianapolis and surrounding areas that enjoy getting together to share ideas and solutions, learn about GNU/Linux and discuss all things Free & Open Source. Meetings are typically held on the first Wednesday of the month.
Our main website is at www.cinlug.org where you will find past and future meeting announcements. We also have various social media sites:
- Subscribe to our mailing lists.
- Follow us on our Facebook group and Facebook page.
- Follow us on Twitter (X.com).
CINLUG meetings are typically held on the first Wednesday of each month. They start at 18:30 (6:30 PM) Eastern Time and the presentations usually last about 1 - 1.5 hours. The meeting is usually followed by an open discussion for any questions you may have about anything.
Membership dues -- while not required to attend the meetings -- are accepted throughout the year. They help fund our events and expenses. Just show up and find out more to see if you want to become a member.
CINLUG is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Our tax ID number is 35-2099735. Donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent provided by law. Our 501(c)(3) documentation is available for review.
CINLUG is run by an elected Board of Directors and according to the rules laid out in the CINLUG bylaws.
