⭕️"Circle" helps photographers, models, HMU and other artists to connect and collaborate.
We are a group that emerged as a circle of friends passionate about photography, modeling and art. 🤝
"Circle" offer chance to meet like-minded creatives, opportunities to practice and create in a fun environment.
Our meetings and walks take place in different parts of Tokyo, as well as weekend trips out of Tokyo. 🚂

At this event we will be doing a photo & video walk with models in Akihabara. We'll meet at Akihabara Electric Town Gate (Atre 1 / JR Exit). All levels are welcome.🔰Please click ‘Attend’ if you’re committed to joining. To maintain a balanced ratio between models and photographers, we may continue accepting models even after the event is full.
❗️❗️PLEASE READ THE NOTES ❗️❗️
1️⃣ Total attendee limit for walks is 15 people.
2️⃣ Please join the waitlist, spaces often become available if people's plans change.📋
3️⃣ Last minute cancellations and no shows may be subject to temporary bans from photowalks. 🙅♂️
4️⃣ Please wait for other creators to finish shooting their ideas first and ask for permission to shoot. ⏰
5️⃣ This is a safe space for everyone, no acts of disrespect will be tolerated, please contact organizers directly for any kind of trouble!
6️⃣ If you are on the waitlist and definitely want to join, please contact us on instagram (@tokyocircle) and please specify your reason.❗️❗️HOW THE WAITLIST WORKS ❗️❗️
1️⃣ If the waitlist gets full we'll move people in the order they joined.
2️⃣ Models may get priority over photographers in order to keep a balanced ratio (because we always have far more photographers than models that want to come).
3️⃣ If a person has signed up for multiple events we may prioritize another member over them in order to maintain fairness.
4️⃣ Please don't cancel at the last minute. Try to give at least 48 hours notice so that other members can join.Event Flow: 🕐
- 15:00 Meeting with the group and introductions.
- 15:15 Conversation with other members and discussing ideas.
- 15:25 Start walking around the area and creating art with other members.
- 17:00 Finish the walk and share the group chat links.
- 17:30 - Optional, extend the walk / continue at an izakaya, pub etc.

- Please be kind to others.
- Be aware of your surroundings and stay safe.
- When there are a large number of attendees, we may split the group up to avoid causing public disturbances.

このイベントでは、秋葉原でモデルと一緒にフォト＆ビデオウォークを行います。集合場所は秋葉原電気街口（アトレ1/JR口）です。 レベルは問いません🔰。
参加される方は「参加する」をクリックしてください。モデルとカメラマンの比率のバランスを保つため、定員に達した後もモデルの募集を続ける場合があります。

1️⃣ ウォーキングの参加者総数は15名までとさせていただきます。
2️⃣ ウェイトリストにご登録ください。予定が変更になった場合、空きが出ることがよくあります。
3️⃣🏣 直前のキャンセルや無断キャンセルは、フォトウォークを一時的にお断りする場合があります。🙅♂️
4️⃣ 他のクリエイターさんの撮影が終わるのを待ってから、撮影の許可を得てください。
5️⃣ ここは誰にとっても安全な空間です、無礼な行為は許されません、どんなトラブルでも主催者に直接ご連絡ください！
6️⃣ キャンセル待ちの方で、絶対に参加したい方は、インスタグラム(@tokyocircle)にて、理由を明記の上ご連絡ください。❗️❗️ ウェイトリストの仕組み ❗️❗️
1️⃣ ウェイトリストがいっぱいになった場合、参加順に移動します。
2️⃣ バランスのとれた比率を保つため、カメラマンよりモデルを優先する場合があります（常にモデルよりカメラマンの方が参加希望者が圧倒的に多いため）。
3️⃣ 一人が複数のイベントに申し込んでいる場合、公平性を保つために他のメンバーを優先することがあります。
4️⃣ 直前でのキャンセルはご遠慮ください。遅くとも48時間前までにご連絡ください。
