Join us for the Mystical Women’s Circle (MWC): a group of women who gather together in the interest of bonding, sharing energy, and exploring the magical realm of the divine feminine. We have lively conversations about various spiritual topics and monthly highlights. I also choose Oracle cards for everyone and lead a guided meditation. Please join us, usually on the last Friday of every month. Our topic changes monthly and we are always open to suggestions for conversation topics.

Carolyn Kendrick is a resident of Doylestown and has been a certified 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) since 2011. She became a Reiki Practitioner in 2012 and is also a Holistic Health Coach. Carolyn is the founder of The Wellnourished Soul, where she offers customized programs designed to meet the unique health and life goals of each client.

Restorative Vinyasa Flow Yoga – All Levels with Carolyn Kendrick - THE 2ND AND 4TH SATURDAYS OF EACH MONTH

A restful practice that holds yoga poses (asanas) for a longer duration using props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga—the union of body and mind.
*Dress comfortably.

Carolyn lives here in Doylestown, PA, and is a mother of two, grandmother of two, and has two fur babies. She is a certified holistic health coach, yoga instructor, and Reiki practitioner. Carolyn is the principal program manager for a cybersecurity team in her full-time job.
