A restful practice that holds yoga poses (asanas) for a longer duration using props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga—the union of body and mind.
*Dress comfortably.
**Doors close at 11am so please be on time.
***No show attendee fees are not refundable.
****Please bring a yoga mat, blankets and blocks if you have them. – Chairs will be provided for those who cannot do mat work.

About Carolyn:
Carolyn lives here in Doylestown, PA, and is a mother of two, grandmother of two, and has two fur babies. She is a certified holistic health coach, yoga instructor, and Reiki practitioner. Carolyn is the principal program manager for a cybersecurity team in her full-time job.
