Sunday Celebration! “Exploring the Essence of Healing” w/Baba Sam Shelley

Baba Sam Shelley will briefly share his journey of living with severe health conditions for nearly 40 years, including multiple sclerosis, bipolar disorder, and migraines. He once believed he was “incurable” and that true healing was out of reach. However, he discovered that while he had thoughts, he was not his thoughts. This realization opened a new door to a different reality. When he asked himself, “Who am I?” he heard a voice reply, “Perfect Spirit.” In that moment, he felt a profound sense of peace, understanding that everything was well, and he knew his health challenges were over.

Baba Sam will also discuss the miraculous outcomes he has witnessed when the mind no longer interferes with the body’s natural healing abilities. Additionally, he will share his healing philosophy, which emphasizes that healing is not about trying to force our own healing.
Most of his talk will be dedicated to guiding the audience on a meditative healing journey.
