Sound Meditation Concert: Meditative journey of tapping into compassionate listening and the inner voice.

Join us for an immersive sound bath meditation exploring the subtle art of listening — to ourselves, to each other, and to the living world around us. Through a weaving of natural sounds and instruments, this experience invites participants into a deeper state of presence, awareness, and community.

Guided by the resonance of both ancient and modern sound practices, the session opens a pathway to inner listening, where the vibrations of earth-based tones and expansive soundscapes help us quiet the mind and reconnect with the wisdom within.

Everyone is welcome. No prior experience needed, beginner friendly.

MEET YOUR FACILITATOR
Orlando Carlos Villarraga is a sound artist, composer, and musician who blends ancient and modern practices, integrating organic and digital instruments to create immersive spaces for meditation and reflection. His work draws inspiration from a deep connection to the Teyuna indigenous cultures of Colombia, as well as contemporary sound meditation practices he has explored through mentorship with the Resonance Group. By combining grounded, earth-based sounds with electronic elements and soundscapes, Orlando’s art creates a bridge between the past, present, and future, allowing listeners to experience new perspectives on emotional and spiritual connection.
Orlando’s professional journey includes creating two albums in collaboration with MoMA New York, as part of a research project on human well-being with MindHeart. He also launched a sound meditation and course on “belonging” through MoMA’s educational platform, which was exhibited at the museum in the winter of 2024.
Through his unique blend of ancient wisdom and modern technology, Orlando’s work invites listeners to explore soundscapes that are at once grounded in the earth and expansive toward future possibilities. His sound creations invite us to listen to the wisdom of the past while imagining new ways of relating to ourselves, each other, and the planet.

These 60-minute one-on-one sessions are a sacred space for attuning your energy to deeper inner listening. Through the power of sound, guided meditation, and your own inner wisdom, we open a pathway to release the weights you no longer need to carry and to invite in the energy of new beginnings.

Each session is a collaborative journey: you are invited to bring intentions, themes, or challenges you wish to work with — whether releasing what no longer serves you or calling in what your heart is ready to receive. Together, we weave meditation, sound immersion, and simple practices to channel the energy of change, creating clarity, spaciousness, and renewal.
