Sound & Sister Circle w/ Stacey Friedman (In Person)
Join Stacey Friedman, CHMRP, of Lucky Girl Health & Wellness, for a unique experience that weaves the power of sound healing with the magic of women’s connection.
We’ll begin by opening sacred space with a gentle guided meditation, followed by a soothing crystal sound bath to relax your body, calm your mind, and realign your energy centers. Stacey will also offer optional tuning fork mini-attunements before the sound bath and a crystal pyramid attunement to close the journey. Following our immersion in harmonic frequencies, we’ll gather in circle as sisters— sharing, journaling and supporting one another through heartfelt conversation.
This sacred space is designed to honor the challenges and gifts of being sensitive, soulful women in today’s world, while empowering each of us to embrace our authentic self.
Bring water, a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, and anything that helps you feel comfortable and supported. Crystals and journals are welcome, too.

About the Facilitator:
Stacey Friedman, founder of Lucky Girl Health & Wellness, guides empaths & highly sensitive people from overwhelm & exhaustion to empowerment & peace. A trauma-informed practitioner and integrative nutrition health coach with a certificate in somatic embodiment and regulation strategies, she offers a variety of holistic services to heal the body, master the mind and connect with spirit. Her offerings invite opportunities for self-growth, mind-body balance, nervous system nourishment, spiritual wholeness and personal empowerment. Described by her clients as a “unicorn,” she intuitively draws upon various holistic modalities, practical frameworks and psycho-spiritual philosophies designed to support highly sensitives on their journey to deep healing & personal empowerment.
She hosts group and individual coaching programs focused on emotional & nervous system regulation, trauma memory healing sessions, educational workshops, somatic embodiment experiences, sacred ceremonies, spiritual mentorship, parts work, sound immersions, women’s circles, transformation retreats, workplace wellness programs and intuitive readings with oracle cards. She has worked at many wellness centers, most notably Miraval Resorts, a pioneer in wellness, guiding guests toward a more balanced, mindful, and transformative way of living. Stacey is the creator of 8 Wands Women’s Retreats and co-founder of ProFound Experiences for HER.
The term “Lucky Girl” serves as a tribute to Stacey’s beautiful & inspiring mother who would often call herself “the luckiest girl in the world.” Additionally, Stacey truly believes HSP’s are lucky to be alive during this time of great transformation as they possess the gifts needed to lead, heal & hold the highest vision for our planet. She feels so blessed & lucky to have been chosen to do this work of supporting HSP’s everywhere with the resources, support, safety, sacred witnessing, non-judgment, inspiration and co-regulation they need to thrive in their lives so they can unleash their gifts & become the light for others to live embodied, peaceful & empowered lives.
