Spiritual Supporting the Struggle is a supportive discussion group for individuals diagnosed with mental illness who are seeking connection, understanding, and shared growth. Together, we will openly discuss personal challenges and lived experiences, while discussing spiritual modalities that may support overall well-being. This group is a safe space for conversation, reflection, and mutual support—not medical advice or treatment. Participants are strongly encouraged to seek and continue care from qualified medical and mental health professionals alongside their involvement in the group.
