Join us for a 1-Day Immersion exploring Presence and somatic processing to uncover subconscious ego patterns. We’ll focus on relational wounds—especially the paradox of deeply seeking connection while unconsciously avoiding it. These early imprints, formed through attachment wounds and past traumas, continue to shape all our relationships—not just with others, but also with our own mind, body, emotions and the world around us. They even influence what we perceive as 'God' and our relationship to the Divine. Through Awareness and processing, we can begin to transform these patterns and open to deeper, more authentic connections in every aspect of life.
Because our deepest core limiting beliefs—such as "I’m not good enough", "I’m unworthy of love and respect", "It’s not safe to be myself" or "I can’t trust others"—are formed in our earliest relationships with caregivers, they inevitably get reactivated in our relationships later in life. These connections mirror and trigger the same wounds, bringing old patterns to the surface until they are consciously recognized and processed.
Most people are unaware of their core limiting programs, leading them to argue, fight, or avoid intimacy without realizing they are reacting to an old, pre-existing trigger—not just the current relationship. More often than not, this results in unskillful and even harmful communication (blame, judgment, criticism, diagnosing, or making the other person 'wrong'), which only deepens the conflict rather than addressing the root cause. Without conscious awareness and deprogramming, these relational wounds continue to play out in different relationships, repeating the same painful and unfulfilling dynamics. In many cases, these subconscious imprints remain untouched, causing people to withdraw from relationships altogether—missing out on the potential for deep connection, healing, and growth that relationships can offer.
During this immersion, we will engage in guided awareness practices, somatic subconscious exploration, relational tantric exercises, and group sharing. These experiential processes will help uncover hidden relational patterns, provide deprogramming tools for lasting transformation, and offer opportunities for deep processing and integration—both during the intensive and beyond.
