Together, we will explore how early relational wounds, traumas, and limiting beliefs have shaped our ability to show up authentically - impacting our ability to express needs, desires, and boundaries.

This 10 hour immersive experience offers a safe, welcoming, and conscious container for deep inner work. Through awareness practices, breathwork, somatic shadow work, group processing, and psycho-somatic exploration, we will uncover and release these imprints allowing us to reclaim our creative, wild, free, and loving expression of the Divine.
