Our essence is the foundation for consciousness to expand. As it is what your soul / consciousness manifested as. We cannot grow in awareness and consciousness from the several fragmented masks of our ego/ personality / who we wish to be but only from who and what we are in truth, in our essence - before life happened to and for us. The actor is not the role.
This will be a highly experiential immersion into exercises (improve acting, somatic shadow work, awareness based group inquiry) that are designed to align you in body mind and soul and to deeply feel the innermost truth of who you are and allowing yourself to express just that. Not trying hard out of fear to be not good enough.
Andre and Mihai will join forces for the second time and share their most favorite tools and technologies from several decades of studying and applying personal growth and consciousness expansion.
The purpose of this 1-Day Immersion, is to support in the process of de-programming our authentic original nature from countless programs and limiting beliefs permeating the psychosomatic structure of our being. These layers of psychic, emotional, energetic contractions give rise to false strategic personalities that restrict and interfere with our inner freedom, spontaneity, inner knowingness and creativity and generate unfulfilling, painful patters of self-sabotage, inner conflict, self-repression and self-abandonment.
The day will be spent in a dynamic blend of awareness/meditative exercises and practices, group shares, as well as some partner and group exercises meant to evoke and bring to awareness old strategic unconscious patterns, repressed aspects of our selves and provide an embodied framework to allow and process buried feelings as well as pointing towards a new way of showing up in the world anchored in inner authenticity and freedom.
