Are you tired of waking up with anxiety, dread, or a sense of emptiness?
Do you feel stuck in recurring emotional patterns, no matter how much inner work you’ve done?
You’re not alone — and nothing is wrong with you.
We were never taught how to grow inwardly, work with our emotions, or free ourselves from conditioning.
**The Pathfinders Group Module** is a practical and transformative space for those who want real inner change. Together we explore:
• Conscious self-observation
• Presence & non-judgmental awareness
• Emotional regulation & shadow work
• Fourth Way teachings & Non-Duality
• Somatic practices for triggers and patterns
• Reconnecting with meaning, essence, and inner freedom
**This course is for people who resonate with deeper inner work and want guidance, structure, and community.**

• **Tuesdays 10am–12pm PT** (with occasional Saturday options)
• **$35 per meeting** (includes recording + weekly practices)
• Meets weekly or bi-monthly depending on group flow
