August 11 Circlesongs - Special Brazilian Edition!

Our August circlesing is a special Brazilian edition, at 6:30pm on Tuesday August 11. Our dear friend and teacher Zuza Gonçalves from São Paulo, Brazil will be visiting Maine and singing with us for the evening! Expect lots of joyous singing, Brazilian rhythms, body percussion, and catchy grooves.

All ages and voices welcome! If you've never sung before, you'll love it here. If you've got tons of singing experience, you'll love it here! This is a great place to experiment and learn more, with no pressure or performance stress.

We sing in the main room of the Friends Meetinghouse on Forest Ave in Portland. There's plenty of easy parking in the lot, and Portland Metro bus routes 2 and 3 stop right out front.

Cost: $10 or whatever you can contribute. Please don't ever let cost be a barrier to joining us!
