What we’re about
We're students and alumni from The Circling® Institute (https://circlinginstitute.com/), and we want to bring The Original Circling® Approach to Portland!
Are you longing for deeper conversation, being seen, or exploring someone else's world? Then Circling® is for you! We periodically host events with certified facilitators where you can fill your craving for connection. A Circling® night invites us to be present with What Is. Come out and give it a try.

Live in-person Circling® in Portland, Oregon
May 14, 2025
Wednesday 6:00 pm
Hosted by advanced students of The Circling InstituteTM .We are currently students in The Circling® Facilitator Training program.
We’d like to share the gifts of this program with others as well as continue to deepen our own practice of this conversational art form that has had a profound impact on our lives and our relationships. What is Circling®?
Circling® teaches how to have a deep, meaningful conversation with
someone. It is the “how-to” behind those conversations that we
sometimes stumble out of in which we found ourselves feeling so deeply
understood. It is not therapy, nor counseling. It is the kind of deep
listening we wish was more common to our every day interactions and not a rarity. This will be a three-hour session designed to foster the experience of
being and feeling truly seen, heard, and understood by others. We are
students of this art and if you wish to learn more about it you can visit
The Circling InstituteTM at https://circlinginstitute.comTo get a taste of it, join us:

The facilitator will guide the conversation to help explore the topic for that person and ask others in the group to also participate. As a group we all learn how to listen deeply to someone and really understand what it means to walk in their shoes, without indulging the common urge to give advice or problem solve. The term “Circling®” is a registered trademark.
