Come join us in Stanford for a special evening focused on authentic relating through body language. Whether you’re new or not, this space welcomes everyone curious about more meaningful conversations.

When: Saturday. Please arrive by 1pm.
Where: Next to 'The Gates of Hell' sculpture in Cantor Arts Center (Stanford). Outdoor cafe terrace at the B. Gerald Cantor Rodin Sculpture
Park in the Cantor visitor lot on Lomita Dr. Follow the walkway around the museum into the open sculpture garden. We will be gathered at the patio chairs on the stone terrace right next to 'The Gates of Hell' sculpture. If you can't find us you can message me at 650-495-9982.

Here's a bold idea: we're spending 90% of our cognitive resources on trying to fit in, but since we're also conditioned to hide this, we're doing most of it subconsciously, and that's super inefficient.
Luckily there's some terrific social technology out there. There are techniques that, somehow, manage to very quickly put a group in a sort of equilibrium where everyone feels a little (or a whole lot) more like they belong.
Some games we might play: hot seat, anything else, rejection game, circling.
