Details
A hot air balloon is losing height. Everyone in the basket has to argue why they deserve to stay in it, and the room votes someone out each round.
You'll be handed a character — historical, fictional, occasionally ridiculous — and a few minutes to make their case. It rewards quick thinking and shamelessness far more than knowing anything.
No public-speaking background needed. Most people here have never done this before and it shows, which is most of the fun.
Who comes: people who like talking, and a few who came to watch and got dragged in.
What to bring: a willingness to defend someone indefensible.
Sessions either side of this one at 7 pm and 9 pm.
Come for one or stay for all three.
