Never played Beach Tennis before? This experience is for you!
The Track&Field Beach Tennis Experience is a session specially designed for anyone looking to discover the sport, learn the fundamentals, and enjoy playing on the sand in a relaxed, seaside atmosphere.
### Learn from a World-Class Athlete
The session will be led by Raffael Agulha, a former World No. 18 ranked Beach Tennis player.
This is your chance to learn the sport with guidance from an athlete who has competed at the highest international level.
During the session, you'll learn the basic techniques, get familiar with the main rules, and start hitting your first rallies with expert guidance.
No previous experience required.
All you need is the enthusiasm to get moving, have fun, and discover a sport that perfectly captures the spirit of Cascais.
