Well, come out to “Circulate for a Date”. We will meet for 2 hours. Let’s chat at our tables for 30 minutes and then half the table with move. We will do this three times. The last half hour we will all get up and gather. Now you can go finish conversations you were having with someone that interested you or go meet someone you had your eye on that you didn’t really speak with. We need more time to mingle with people these days to get to know someone. Often at many events, once people are seated, you don’t get to speak with someone at another table. Let’s change that and circulate to find your next date.
You must be single, meet age requirements (50-70) and have a profile picture on your account to be approved for this group. Misconduct, repeated cancellations and no-shows can result in removal from the group by the organizer. Be sure to check in when you arrive and get your name tag.
Downey Brewing Company has agreed to let us host our events here. If you have never been to Downey, come check it out. It is not a bougie bar. It is a large, old warehouse in East Dearborn with old things, turned into an eclectic, comfortable, laid-back place to hang out. It has been part of the owner’s family for many years. They serve their delicious beer, wine, seltzer and cider. No food is prepared.
Look for the bright red door with Downey Brewing written on it and enter there. Some parking spaces are in the front of the building, but there is a large lot located around the corner where Leonard St dead ends.
