Meditación a mediodía

El círculo de meditación se reúne los domingos a las 12 h. en Torrelodones. Ofrecemos una introducción sana, sencilla y natural a la meditación, con base en el Dharma budista (no religioso). Las sesiones son flexibles en función de los intereses del grupo e incluyen una sentada de unos 30 minutos y un espacio para preguntas y comentarios. No hace falta experiencia previa.

Para llegar en coche es aconsejable usar Google Maps, Waze o similar por las obras del puente sobre la A6. Hay que tomar la salida 33, pasado el pueblo, y luego desandar camino. IMPORTANTE: al aparcar, aseguraos por favor de no bloquear la rotonda del fondo de la calle ni los garajes de los vecinos.

Para los que no dispongáis de coche, se puede venir en tren (líneas C-3, C-8 y C-10) o autobús a la Estación de Cercanías de Torrelodones, donde se os recogerá una vez aviséis al 629 107 589. Para evitar retrasos e interrupciones, la última recogida será a las 11:45.

Las reuniones son gratuitas. Se admiten y agradecen los donativos para ir adquiriendo más materiales para meditación (zafus, zabutones, bancos, etc.) a medida que vaya creciendo el grupo.

Our bilingual Meditation Circle gathers on Sundays at noon in Torrelodones. We offer a simple, natural and wholesome introduction to meditation based on non-religious Buddha Dharma. Sessions are flexible according to the group’s interests and usually include a 30-minute sit plus time for Q&A and comments. No previous experience is required.

If you drive here, it's advisable to use Google Maps, Waze or similar due to ongoing construction in the bridge over the A6 highway. Take exit 33 and retrace your steps to El Gasco. IMPORTANT: When parking, please be sure not to block the loop at the end of the street or any of the neighbors' driveways.

If driving here is not an option, Torrelodones can be reached by train (lines C-3, C-8 and C-10) and by bus. Call 629 107 589 to be picked up at the train station. In order to avoid delays and interruptions once the meeting has started, the last pick-up will be at 11:45. Meetings are free of charge. Donations are welcome so as to buy extra zafu cushions and zabuton mats and to pay for Meetup subscription fees.
