Mind - Movement - Meditation
CITALENT BOUTIQUE, Pl. Portal de Elche, 6, 1, 03001 Alicante, Spain, Alicante, VC, ESEach week we gather at CITALENT Boutique, located in the heart of Alicante, to slow down, listen to our bodies, and cultivate balance together. Through a multi-disciplinary approach, led by Annie Connolly, we explore mind, movement and meditation techniques that are just as applicable on the mat as they are in daily life.
Every session follows the same gentle rhythm: 15 minutes of theory on a technique (we explore various techniques so you will learn what works best for you), 15 minutes of mindful movement, and 30 minutes of silence on the mat.
Here, you return to your essence, to peace, to remembrance, and the quiet knowing of who you are.
