Join Citizen Setu for a balanced and informative public discussion exploring the legal, social, environmental, and economic dimensions of tribal land rights. The session will examine constitutional safeguards, the Forest Rights Act, land acquisition, rehabilitation and resettlement, mining policies, and the challenges of balancing development with indigenous rights.
