The "Banned Book" Book Club

Welcome to the "Banned Book" Book Club! We meet on the 2nd Saturday of the month at a local restaurant to drink, dine, and discuss our latest read. You do not need to bring the book, just your brain! This is not your ordinary book club as we read and discuss books that are on the banned and/or challenged list by the American Library Association. These include books such as "To Kill a Mocking Bird" and "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland" among others. Many books can be found on www.archive.org or Citrus County library. We may also choose a book that is banned/challenged by one of Florida's library systems. The attendees choose the book selections and the restaurant.
