This is the first race of the Little Ship Club series of 6 races held through the autumn and winter.
A brilliant opportunity to sharpen your sailing skills on the water then get together with the other crews for an apres sail dinner ashore. Join us on board on Friday evening in Haslar marina, Gosport.
Meet the crew and discuss the race plan over a glass of wine and delicious home cooked evening meal which we aim to serve at 20.00.
Saturday morning slip lines about 9.30 and head for the start line to race around the cans.
Moor up for the night and join the other crews for dinner ashore at Royal Solent Yacht Club, Yarmouth.
Sunday it’s the crews’ choice! Decide where you want to sail … navigate, helm, trim sails, returning to Haslar late afternoon.
Some sailing experience is desirable to join this event but enthusiasm is the key.
Our yacht is a Dufour 385GL, MCA coded with full safety equipment and heating. The skipper and first mate are experienced RYA qualified sailors.
The price of £299 for a shared cabin is great value as it includes:
