Pares Balta Blanc de Pacs Penedès Catalonia Spain 2024 Blend of the 3 traditional varieties used for Cava; the Penedès: 47% Parellada, 31% Macabeu & 22% Xarel·lo. Aromas of honey, grapefruit, and pineapple. Flavors of melon, citrus, honey, and wet stone.
Garciarevalo Casamaro Rueda Verdejo Spain 2024 100% Verdejo. Lots of bright lemon peel and blossom on the nose. Great fruit, with notes of quince, melon, and apricot. Minerality with a pleasant finish.
Bodegas Ostatu Rosado Rioja Spain 2025 70% Tempranillo, 27% Garnacha, 3% Viura. Fresh and elegant aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry, watermelon rind, red currant, white peach, rose petal, and citrus blossom. The palate is vibrant and refreshing with flavors of strawberry, pink grapefruit, red cherry, melon, and subtle floral notes supported by crisp citrus tones.
Finca Sobreno Seleccion Especial Toro Spain 2020 100% Tinta de Toro (aka Tempranillo). Big yet elegant nose, refined and stylish with ripe berry fruit, spicy complexity of clove, sandalwood, vanilla and chocolate. On the palate muscular yet smooth taste of blackberry jam and chocolate truffle with a rich finish.
