Saturday and Sunday:
9 AM: Check-in
9:05/9:10 AM: Writing begins
9:35 AM: Word war commences (optional)
9:50 AM: Wrap up and word war participants share word counts with the host
9:55 AM: Word war winner announced and certificate presentation
