The specific route will be decided when group size and weather is known. We could hike north-south/east-west/any other variant...

Day 0 – Saturday (from 10am)
Meet at Euston Station and take a relaxing train journey to The Lake District. you will then be transported to your hostel accommodation for the night for a full trip briefing, kit check and readying yourself for the days ahead.

Day 1 - Sunday
A 15km hike to Coniston Water with light packs to ease in to the week-long adventure. The hike will end at a campsite, where your tents will be pitched and waiting for you. Dinner will be in a local pub.

Day 2 – Monday
After breakfast, you will help pack away the camping kit and make your way north - a 15km hike to Langdale, through lush valleys and Beatrix Potters old house, thought to be the setting of many Peter Rabbit adventures. The hike will end at a campsite, where you will help pitch the tents before heading to a local pub for dinner.

Day 3 - Tuesday
You will carry the tents and other camping kit with you in to the heart of the National Park for a night sleeping under the stars for a wonderful wild camp away from the crowds (maybe a summit camp to watch the sun set/rise - depending on the weather)

Day 4 - Wednesday
After a wild breakfast (and wild swim?) you will continue your journey north to Cat Bells for a summit wild camp. This 15km hike will take you through the beautiful valley of Borrowdale and on towards Cat Bells for views across Derwent Water and the perfect position to (hopefully) watch the sun set and rise the following morning.

Stopping in Keswick for lunch, you will continue north to the lesser trodden tracks below the mighty Skiddaw mountain. You will camp in the heart of the valley away from the crowds

Day 6 - Friday
The final day of the adventure will see you reach the northern boundaries of The Lake District! You will then be transported back to your accommdation in Keswick for a well earned shower and celebration meal.
