After very successful workshop on May 15th, we are offering an identical session again as few people have asked for it. If you missed the first one, here is your chance! Join us for an evening photo walk and hands-on workshop focused on capturing Boston as it transitions from sunset through blue hour and into full night. We’ll explore one of the most scenic stretches of the Charles River, photographing bridges, reflections, city lights, and motion - all at a relaxed, instructional pace.

This workshop is designed for photographers who want to gain confidence shooting in low light, understand exposure after sunset, and create compelling urban night images.

Workshop Highlights:

  • Duration is 3.5 - 4 hours
  • 5 main stops along the route
  • Sunset, blue hour, and night photography
  • 2 miles of easy walking with frequent stops
  • Hands-on tripod techniques and composition tips
  • One-on-one instruction from two top-tier photographers

What We'll Photograph

  • Zakim Bridge at sunset
  • Boston skyline reflections along the Charles River
  • Blue hour color and symmetry at calm canal locations
