During this informal workshop, we'll explore the differences between Street Photography and Street Portraiture, demonstrate techniques used in each style, and discuss how to approach subjects, composition, timing, and storytelling.
Whether you're photographing candid moments on the street or engaging people for environmental portraits, you'll learn practical tips that can immediately improve your results.
This session is suitable for photographers of all experience levels—from those who just purchased their first camera to seasoned photographers looking to refine their skills. Smartphone photographers are warmly welcomed.
There will be plenty of opportunities for questions, discussion, and one-on-one coaching throughout the workshop.
The session will be led by Steve Rosenbach, who will share techniques, insights, and real-world examples drawn from years of experience photographing people and city life.
Bring your camera, smartphone, curiosity, and comfortable walking shoes.
Afterwords, for those who would like, we'll find a moderately-priced restaurant in the neighborhood and have a light dinner and socialize.
We look forward to seeing you there!
