### The Fundable Workshop Series

is a series of hybrid delivered hands-on sessions about four critical fundraising topics: angel investing, equity crowdfunding, SBIR grants (Americas SEED Fund) and Pitch Deck Essentials hosted by City Startup Labs.

These 90 minutes to 2-hour long sessions (led by subject matter experts), and specifically addressed to Black tech founders in North Carolina, will delve into fundamental fundraising strategies and tactics that can be effective for ventures at different stages of development.

The 2nd of these workshops is about the National Science Foundation's America's SEED Fund grant. Learn how startups can get up to $2 million to develop deep technologies. During this webinar, Ben Schrag, the SBIR/STTR Program Director foe the NSF, will walk you through our process and timeline, how to submit a Project Pitch and what to expect along the way.
