Fundable Workshop Series #4 – CrowdFunding

Details

Equity crowdfunding is a unique way to raise capital for your business without taking on new debt. It’s a form of fundraising that attempts to attract investors who are willing to contribute funds toward your business goals in return for a financial stake in the company. ~ Forbes Advisor '22

The Fundable Workshop Series
is a series of hybrid delivered hands-on sessions about four critical fundraising topics: angel investing, equity crowdfunding, SBIR grants (Americas SEED Fund) and PitchPrep Essentials hosted by City Startup Labs.

These 90-minute to 2-hour long sessions (led by subject matter experts), specifically addressed to Black tech founders in North Carolina, will delve into fundamental fundraising strategies and tactics that can be effective for ventures at different stages of development.
This final workshop of the series is about how crowdfunding can be a great alternative to angel or VC funding and put your venture in the reach of a new class of investors and customers. We're thrilled to have this workshop led by Louis Foreman, Product Development & Innovation Expert and CEO of Enventys Partners www.louisforeman.com.

Registration is required. RSVP Today as there are a limited number seats available.

Thanks again to our sponsor NCIdea.
