Project Show and Tell at Virtru

Civic Tech DC Project Show and Tell at Virtru! (Previously scheduled for Jan 8)

In our Project Show and Tell, project leaders will give a summary of each project, including its background, current status, and upcoming goals. This is an opportunity for teams to get input and advice on their projects, and for members and newcomers to learn more about each project.

At our meetups, you can:
Meet other civic tech enthusiasts. Learn new skills. Contribute to a project to improve a local civic issue. All are welcome and collaboration is encouraged. Laptops are recommended but not required.

Rough schedule:
6:30–7pm — Check in, hang out, grab a bite
7–7:15pm — Introductions and announcements
7:15–8:45pm — Project Show and Tell
8:45–9pm — Next Steps
9–9:30pm — Happy hour at a nearby bar (tbd, for those interested)

Food will be provided!
