Sharing the Table with The Mantu

For our evening at The Mantu, we will be meeting chef Hamidulla Noori, who began his culinary career at the 5-star Kabul Serena Hotel in Afghanistan. He has showcased his talents at Noorani Kebab House in Richmond’s West End with owner, Shagufta Sajid, a successful businesswoman born in Pakistan and raised in Queens, who’s now spent 20 years in Richmond. Our experience of modern Afghan cuisine should be fantastic!
