Civic Tech London + Code for Canada

Code for Canada ( http://codefor.ca/ ) is headed to London, Ontario, and they are bringing their Open House format with them!

Like Civic Tech London, Code for Canada believes the best organizations work in the open; their regular Open Houses are an opportunity for the public to meet the Code for Canada team, learn more about their programs and find out how to get involved in the country's growing civic tech movement.

October's Open House is being hosted by Civic Tech London and Digital Echidna, and runs from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at the Digital Echidna offices (103 King St.). There will be a short presentation, followed by networking and casual conversation!

Code for Canada is working hard to ensure governments across the country keep pace with technology and deliver the best services possible for residents. But they can't do it alone. The Open Houses are a chance to hear from you about how they can best accomplish that mission.

The Open House is also a great way to learn more about the civic tech movement in London, and learn how to get involved with civic tech projects happening in this city.
