Lance Douglas is a technology leader with a track record of building solutions that bridge complex systems with human needs. As the founder of Spearstone and CEO of IAXOV, he focuses on helping organizations leverage technology to solve challenging problems in industry, government, and society. His experience includes launching one of Canada's early ISPs, building community-focused telecommunications infrastructure, and developing AI-driven solutions. Lance is particularly interested in how technology can be used to improve public services and citizen engagement, and he's excited to share insights with the CivicTechYYC community.
