About us

The Civil Engineering Roundtable is a peer discussion group for Civil Engineers (EITs and PEs) focused on improving professional judgment, design thinking, and communication through shared experience.

This group provides a respectful space to discuss:

-real-world design challenges and gray areas

-engineering judgment and assumptions

-coordination and communication with clients, architects, and other professionals

-lessons learned from practice

This is not a class, not exam preparation, and not a place for formal advice.

The goal is to learn from each other through thoughtful discussion, not to lecture or teach
