The Next Civil War

An organizational meeting to test the topic "Are we headed to another Civil War or World War III?" I really want to make this fact heavy without too much ideology. However as we aren't in a Civil War or WWIII yet, bring your opinions.
We'll look at past civil wars: Roman, English, Russian, Chinese and our own. We will study other global conflicts besides the WI and WWII. Do you want to look at causes and consequences or the battles. What would you like to do?
