Does knowing philosophy make you a better leader?

This a very interesting idea from Anne. David will be travelling but Jeff will moderate and give Anne ample opportunity to explain her thinking behind the topic, should she wish to.

YMMV, but I think a useful way to approach this topic would be to explore how a background in philosophy can change the way one sees social situations and or psychology. Such a perspective can perhaps make us better leaders in different realms of life.
