Explore a practice that you can do daily to realign your body back to its natural and healthy posture. Learn what good posture actually means, improve your postural strength and body awareness and work on key areas that tend to be misaligned. Reduce stress and recover from mental and physical fatigue. This practice is also a great cross-training tool for your other activities. Open to all Levels.
