Many poses can be accessed in new and interesting ways using the ropes. Learn to customize different rope set-ups correctly to fit you, so you can safely and confidently use the studio rope wall.
The rope wall can help practitioners of all levels by:

  • adding a playful and dynamic aspect to your practice
  • adding support to help with balance or go deeper in a pose
  • creating further traction in a poses
  • gently inverting with support in poses like downward dog
