Trevor and I are welcoming this month's guest Jenny Fenton to the Clapham Property Meet - we hope that you can join us.

Jenny is the Director of Digs Property in Oxford. She is a qualified and extremely knowledgeable expert in the HMO lettings & management sector with experience in both the residential and commercial fields. Her portfolio includes investors and landlords from all walks of life – from large corporates to private individuals with property portfolios ranging from 180 units to 1.

Having spent several years in the City, working first for Land Securities & then a number of Investment Banks, Jenny is able to bring the strategies & analysis usually available to only the biggest property portfolios and apply the same principles on a smaller scale – often improving yields dramatically.
