
What we’re about
We will go through a book in this group that I will post and add links to on the group. We ask that you buy your copy of this book so you can listen on audiobook or read through it with us. You will also need something to write with and paper or a journal to write to writing prompts that we will go through each Monday.
This group the study focuses on our calling and nurturing to make a better quality of life for us through finding what we were meant and created to do and the journey of how to make that happen. It can be for working professionals, or people who do not know and want to learn what is their calling in life and are willing to learn and work hard to get there. This is a group where we make things happen and disrespect is not allowed. You must mute yourself and even block your screen, so we do not see you when you are starting to or having an episode.
I have personal experience with mental health and have many years as an author writing and podcasting about mental health. I also have done many researches on mental health and how the brain works as well as chemistry of the human brain to explain why some coping methods work and others are not fit for the type of conditions that I am knowledge in that are mental health. I want to give you tips to make your quality of life better through sharing my knowledge.
We welcome listening, learning and dedication with hardwork to do what I teach you and mentor you through to get better. However, I am not a therapist so I do not handle or allow episodes of any kind in this group. You are welcomed but you must mute yourself when you start to have an episode. Anyone who lashes or shows other disrespect will be kicked out. We are all here to get better and learn together.
