Introducing a guest instructor for this event- Angela Wisniewski!!! She is studied and passionate in psychology. Her experience includes facilitating art therapy groups for teens and children with special needs. Let's get together over a soothing and relaxing interactive art class this week.

Let's think about... "What are you letting float around in your aquarium?"

In this meetup we'll draw together online. Your prompt will be to imagine yourself as a beautiful aquarium. Our bodies are mostly made of water anyway! What helps your body of water stay healthy? You could draw or paint sea life if you like, decorative landscapes inside your tank, things that keep you happy and healthy, or whatever you're thinking about that's floating around. Too much negativity or toxic behavior can dilute this wonderful water so try to keep it nice and clean!

You could find some reference photos if you'd like or just draw from your imagination! (Tip: using colors that belong in the ocean like white, yellow, orange, pink, and obviously blue can help it look more vibrant!)
