Pranayama and meditation workshop

In Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, the keys to the path of yoga are revealed to us through its eight pillars: yama, niyama, asana, pranayama, pratyahara, dharana, dhyana, and samadhi.
The fourth (pranayama) guides us in the art of conscious breathing and transitioning from the physical body to the subtlety of the mind. The last three constitute the heart of meditation.
This workshop is an invitation to take a step further on your path:
๐ซ less focused on physical movement (asana),
๐ซ and more on internalization, the management of the mind, and consciousness.
๐ซ recognizing and making space for the basic yogic texts that are at the origin of these practices.
