WUTHERING HEIGHTS
Via Brontë Bridge & Waterfalls

Details

WUTHERING HEIGHTS
We’ll be retracing the footsteps of Emily Brontë as we journey from the Parsonage in Howarth Village to Top Withins, said to be the inspiration for Emily’s Wuthering Heights
We’ll walk across Brontë Bridge & make our way past the beautiful waterfalls as we make our way to this wild place.
After a lunch at the partially restored farmhouse we make our way down from the moors returning to Haworth & a chance to see one of the Bronte Stones.
After the walk you may have time to explore this popular tourist town.
Bring lunch & plenty of water, waterproofs, but also a sunhat & sunlotion. I’d take a mat as we will be sitting taking time to enjoy the views, learning about the lives of the Brontës whilst enjoying the atmosphere of the moors.
This is a FREE walk, but small donations towards running costs are gratefully accepted.
No Dogs on this walk sorry.
