Velsharoon's Revenge Campaign Group: The Gift of more Ghouls

Agreeing to a rather one-sided pact with the treacherous green dragon known as Venomfang, the party makes use of his portal to arrive at the Fields of Sorrow... named for the folly of a needless battle, many, many years ago.

With the soil itself, seeped in the residue of death and loss, the Necromancer Nesta finds her abilities super-charged and thankfully so, as she manages to turn to the tide of a battle that threatened to wipe out her entire party. The threat of marauding ghouls turned aside, Nesta was hoping to make one into her servant, that is, until the gnome Illusionist Izak, or specifically, Izak's evil temple cat familiar, ripped the ghoul's head off for the indignity of being paralyzed.

Now, on a mission to make terms with the Cultists of Velsharoon, the party knows they'll need a show of strength, so they decide to wait and attempt to bind undead to Nesta's service... all fine and good, until three more of the very same creatures arrive, the same ones that almost spelled their doom. The gift... of more ghouls.
