Thousand Oaks Mastering Claude Code for Developers

We are getting together in Thousand Oaks to dive into Claude Code, specifically looking at how to integrate it into our existing development workflows. This session is designed for local developers who are already curious about AI-assisted coding tools and want to move past the initial setup to see how it handles real-world refactoring, debugging, and project architecture. We will spend some time walking through the CLI features and then open it up for everyone to experiment with their own repositories.

This event is geared toward anyone in the Claude Code Collective who wants to swap tips with other people building in the area. Whether you are using it for rapid prototyping or trying to tame a large legacy codebase, this is a chance to see how others are configuring it and troubleshooting common friction points. Please bring your laptop and any specific project challenges you are currently working through.
