Who it's for:
Anyone curious about working more efficiently - professionals, students, or whoever on the team always ends up doing the repetitive work. No coding experience required.

Who it's not for:
This is an introductory session. If you're already an intermediate user or comfortable with Claude Code, this will likely be too basic for you.

What you'll need:
A Claude subscription (Pro or higher) or API access to use Claude Code. If you'd like to follow along afterward, have this set up before the session.
