Beyond CLAUDE.md: Architecting Composable Claude Code Workflows
What happens when Claude Code grows beyond a few prompts and becomes part of your development process? Sergii will show how he designs AI workflows as composable stages with clear contracts, reusable agents and skills, and shared implementation flows. Feature planning, bug investigation, accessibility reviews and other workflows all end up in the same execution pipeline, without making Claude rediscover the system every time.
