🎮 Online FREE Team Social Minecraft Event for Teens 🎮
For many teens, walking into a room of strangers is the hardest part of socializing—especially when it feels like everyone else already knows each other. Traditional social groups often focus on "forced" conversation, which can lead to more anxiety rather than more confidence.

🏛️ The Event
We are currently running FREE Minecraft Social Event pilot programs designed specifically for teens who find traditional social settings tricky. This isn't just about playing a game; it’s about "Confidence Through Doing." By building, exploring, and competing together, social interaction happens naturally as a byproduct of the game. 🛠️

Team Play: Participants are divided into 4 teams of 4–6 players.
The World: Each team has their own island and competes in two categories: Building and Lore. 🏰📖
Action & Exploration: There is an arena for players who like combat ⚔️ and neutral islands scattered around the world to explore. 🧭
The Showcase: At the end of the event, we tour each island so teams can showcase their creations. Our moderators will then judge and tally the scores! 🏆

What’s in it for your teen?
🤝 Natural Connection: No awkward icebreakers. Interaction is facilitated by the game’s design.
🧠 Skill Practice: Real-world practice in teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation.
🛡️ Safe Environment: A private, moderated server focused on inclusivity and fun.

👤 About the Facilitator
Hi, I’m Asher! I’m 21 years old, a soccer player, and a musician.
I’ve done a lot of volunteering, most notably at the National Folk Festival in Canberra and with Melbourne City Football Club’s "City in the Community." I, along with my moderators, hold valid Working with Children Checks.
I started this project because I wanted to create the kind of safe, "doing-focused" social space I wish I had when I was a teenager. 🌟

Most of our participants have been around 12-15 but we've had older teens play and they still really enjoyed it! We're also looking for more moderators so that's a potential option for older teens too!
