Cultivating Life After Love and Loss

Cultivating Life After Love and Loss is a circle for anyone who is looking for hope within the shadow of grief. Over time we will explore tools and rituals to assist with cultivating life after loss and perhaps discovering gratitude within grief.
As a “Reverent”, Corinne Cortes lives a life with compassion for all. As a multi-spirited educator, with over 30 years of teaching experience, she designs workshops with you in mind. Her current work includes Trauma Informed Care, Death and Dying and Mindfulness Education. She is also a Meditation Teacher and practices cultivating life after her personal story of love and loss!

I hope this holiday and Holy Day season is treating you well.
Like many of you, I’m surrounded by the noise and excitement of the season. While there is much to celebrate, I also notice the undercurrent of sadness, stress, and uncertainty in the world. It often makes me pause and ask, “What can I do to help?”
What I always return to is Reiki.
Reiki nurtures me. It softens the edges of life, brings me back into balance, and reminds me of the peace that lives within all of us. When I sit in that energy, I feel myself shift—and I know those shifts ripple out into the world around me. The same is true for you. Your energy matters. Your presence makes a difference. 🙂
I’ve been sharing Reiki with others for more than 20 years now. As a Reiki Master, I’m honored to teach, attune, and certify those who feel called to this gentle, powerful path.

This day-long experience will include:
- Reiki principles
- A thorough, yet basic understanding of chakras
- Hands-on techniques and self-treatment
